The L shape can be put horizontally and the box which is at the tip of the L is mobile and can be separated from the L. By lifting it up you extract the mattress with a single move, super easy! Mattress condition pretty good considering it hasn't been used much. Bed size is like a small double. Colour is grey, the fabric is very soft, it is super comfy and very good quality Dwell product. It cost originally more than 1000 Pounds, around 5 years ago. There is a small clear glow left from a removed stain (last picture) on the left cushion, but that can be easily fixed if you are good at stain removing.
