There are a couple of minor scratches due to natural wear and tear and the arm rests have sagged slightly over time. Mattress for the sofa bed also included if you wish (UK double). Can comfortably sit 4 people, the storage is great and fits plenty of clothes and spare bedding. Sofa bed is very comfortable and spacious. As this is a very large sofa on the fourth floor of an old apartment building, we can only realistically do collection.
