In good used condition, with minor. It would do with some cleaning but I. The new owner would like to do their own cleaning.

Cleans easily with damp cloth/sponge and specialized leather cleaner but it doe take some time due to the size of the sofa! Very comfortable sofa bed my mum stayed and slept on it for 2 months last winter and reported no problems!

Feel free to arrange a visit before. We are based in Erith DA8 3DQ. The sofa-bed is 2 piece, can be separated easily for transportation. It is however quite wide and bulky and heavy and may not go through all doors! 3 seats + 2 seats but can seat even more!

Sleeping area - 195cm x 135cm. One board of the storage cover is broken/damaged (see photo with hand).
