There are marks on the fabric however you can replace the covers which I would advise (as this will make the sofa look brand new) from Nabru direct. We received a quote to replace the covers across the whole unit including footstool 317. The unit comes complete with a fold out bed which has been used only a handful of times. The units come split up so you need to slot together at home but it's pretty straight forward. Doesn't come with cushions.
